How do I file a complaint?

Feel free to contact us directly at 956-359-6380 so we may try to resolve any issue or dissatisfaction you may have. Anyone wishing to file a formal complaint may do so by contacting a TDLR customer service representative by phone at 1-800-803-9202. 

What if I lose my certificate?

duplicate certificate is $30.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds will be issued, NO EXCEPTIONS.
 

What if I need my certificate fast?

Priority Mail Express $50    Scan & e-mail certificate $20

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

 Three-day notice; will incur a cost of half the price of the course.
